I greatly enjoyed being there, everything was spotless.

I’d say that room was well laid out and neat, it had a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and refrigerators, that's handy. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The hotel was in the central setting close to the mall. Burnside district was worth exploring.

Our location was marvellous and handy, nearby a bus station. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Burnside district.

The property was exceptionally clean and pleasant! The location was particularly good for exploring Victoria. Besides, we were short walk to restaurants, Victoria which is beautiful, and tourist activities.

The Arbutus Inn offers great value for money, with a convenient location near downtown Victoria, Mayfair Mall, and Uptown Centre. The staff are friendly, and there's a National car rental desk and Tim Horton's nearby.
